TRAK is an order tracking application developed by an individual developer. It connects to your email account to identify and track orders, shipments, and refunds. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TRAK. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TRAK after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
