What is TRAK

TRAK is an order tracking app that connects to your Gmail or Outlook account to find and track your orders, shipments, and refunds.

What Data We Collect

• Email address via Google or Microsoft OAuth
• Read-only access to Gmail or Outlook messages (only order, shipping, and refund emails are processed)
• Order and tracking information extracted from emails

What We Do NOT Access

We do not access your personal emails, contacts, calendar, drafts, attachments, or any content unrelated to purchases.

How We Use Your Data

• To identify and display your orders
• To track delivery status
• To monitor refund timelines

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage & Security

• Stored on secure AWS servers in the United States
• OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• All data transmitted via SSL/TLS
• No raw email content is stored — only extracted order data

Data Retention

• Data is kept while your account is active
• You can delete your account and all data anytime from Settings
• Disconnecting an email account removes all associated data

Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth (gmail.readonly scope) — read-only access only
• Microsoft OAuth (Mail.Read scope) — read-only access only

Your Rights

• Access your data anytime in the app
• Delete your account and all data anytime
• Disconnect email accounts anytime

Children's Privacy

TRAK is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
